Last Wednesday, i managed my self to join another speed training of the Team BaldRuner in ULTRA Oval Track. When i hit the track at 5.30pm, i saw familiar faces like BaldRunner, Phillips, Jonel and friend were having a warm up session in advanced.
As always, Coach Salazar impressed me by giving a commands/instruction in my own language. Asteeg talaga!!! He was in-charge of me on my interval training that evening and to be very honest, i had a lot of fun with him. I’m not so stressful despite of the workout that lung-busting, vomit-inducing, and really tiring. I admired him for being so supportive during that training. Captain Coach Espejo and Coach Salazar was with me during the last warm-up session and that was a very humble experience to see these coaches really took care of me personally and to runners who were there too. Please note that this speed training organized by Team BaldRunner is FREE to everyone.
Phillips, Javy aka positivesplit, BR and Jonel were having warm up in advance
Specific warm-up led by Captain Coach Espejo
These are the runners who join the speed training last Wednesday. Phillips, never leave before the photo op!

Jerry, thanks for sharing this. The warmups are the same as what I do before a track session.
After having my best race of the year today, I won’t sit still.
BTW, good luck this Sunday!

Hey Jerry, good to know there’s no speed limit in running, if there’s any, you must end up in jail (just kidding). I believe every participant had his own improvement. Keep it up, Bro. See you sunday.
